Facebook Modular Units

This project consisted of a number of modular units, installed into a large open area for Facebook.

We were to take in to consideration specific employer requirements in order to meet their full expectation and provide a turnkey solution in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Our dedicated team carefully planned and turned an empty warehouse into modular office space, with a canteen, welfare facilities, store cupboard and a conference room as desired. We assessed and engaged local contractors on various aspects of the build from floor coverings to full electrical and data installation. We engaged with our client throughout the entire process of the project. Coming complete with a warranty and post build assistance from our dedicated team based in Cornwall.

The units allow Facebook engineers to work, eat and sleep on site developing ‘Aquila’, Facebook’s first unmanned solar-powered plane which will bring high-speed internet access to remote corners of the world using lasers.
